Das  OAIC (Office of the Australian Information Commissioner) hat heute nach Abschluss eines Konsultationsprozesses eine überarbeitete Version der “Principles on open public sector information” veröffentlicht. Diese ergänzen und erweitern den “Freedom of Information Act“, der bereits 1982 in Australien beschlossen wurde und der public sector information als nationale Ressource definiert.
